TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. BRANDING PROJECTS

 

Visual Identity Creation:
We are excited to develop a unique and compelling visual identity for your brand. Please note that while we work hard to create memorable designs, we are not responsible for the brand name selected by the client.

Brand Naming Assistance:
We don’t offer naming services as part of our packages.

Client Absence:
In cases where the client does not provide feedback or required information for more than two months, the project will be considered inactive, and no refunds will be issued. Active participation from the client ensures smooth progress and a successful outcome.

Revisions:
We include up to 3 revision sessions as part of our branding projects. Any revisions beyond this will incur a fee per session. Our goal is to finalize a brand identity that fully satisfies your expectations.

Refunds:
Once the project has started, no refunds will be given. We are fully committed to delivering work that meets your expectations and will work closely with you to achieve that.

Data Privacy:
All information shared with us will be kept confidential. We are committed to protecting your data and ensuring it is used solely for the completion of your project.

Project Delivery:
We will deliver the final brand identity package upon full payment. Timely client feedback is essential to ensure the project is completed on schedule.

Post-Delivery Changes:
Any changes requested after project completion will be billed separately. We are always available for support or questions post-delivery.

Ownership:
Once the final payment has been received, full ownership of the design will be transferred to you. However, we retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and promotional materials.

 

2. WEB DESIGN PROJECTS

Pricing and Payments:
The agreed project price covers design and development services only. It does not include domain registration, hosting fees, or external application costs. We can assist you in setting up these services, but the client is responsible for covering these external costs.

Cancellations and Refunds:
If a project is canceled after it has begun, no refunds will be provided. We encourage open communication to find solutions if challenges arise.

Client Absence:
If we do not receive feedback or necessary information for more than two months, we will assume the project has been abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

Revisions:
Web design projects include 3 revision rounds. Any additional revisions will be charged per round. We work closely with clients to ensure the design meets expectations within the included rounds.

Privacy and Security:
Your privacy is important to us. All information you provide will be treated as confidential and used solely for the completion of your project. We implement security measures to protect your data.

Project Delivery:
Delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the project and timely client feedback. We will provide a timeline at the start of the project, and any delays in client feedback may impact the final delivery date.

Ownership and Rights:
After full payment, the website will be fully transferred to you. We will have no ownership over your website but may feature it in our portfolio.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA CONSULTANCY

Scope of Work:
Our social media consultancy services include analysis of your current online presence, development of strategies, and content planning for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. We work to ensure your social media presence aligns with your brand and helps achieve your business goals.

Client Participation:
Client engagement is crucial to ensure timely delivery. If we do not receive feedback for more than two months, we may assume the project is on hold or abandoned, without refunds.

Ownership and Confidentiality:
All data and materials created during the consultancy belong to you after payment. We treat your information with the utmost confidentiality and will not share it without your consent.

Post-Consultancy:
Once the consultancy is complete, any future adjustments or ongoing management will be charged separately.

4. INTERIOR BRANDING PROJECTS

Scope of Work:
Our interior branding services involve designing and curating spaces that reflect your brand’s identity. This includes moodboards, space planning, and material selection, tailored to the unique vision of your brand.

Client Engagement:
As with all our services, timely feedback and involvement from the client are essential. If there is no communication for over two months, the project will be considered abandoned.

Revisions and Changes:
Up to 3 revisions are included in the package. Beyond that, any additional revisions will be billed per session. We aim to create a space that truly embodies your brand, and your feedback is vital.

Post-Delivery Adjustments:
Any changes requested after the project is completed will be charged separately. We continue to support you throughout the design process and beyond.

5. À LA CARTE SERVICES

Scope of Work:
À la Carte services include individual design elements such as business cards, packaging, or social media assets. Each project is tailored to your specific needs.

Pricing and Revisions:
Prices are determined based on the complexity of each request. Two revision rounds are included, with additional revisions charged per session.

File Delivery:
Once the project is completed and fully paid for, we will provide the final files in the necessary formats. We do not deliver files until full payment is received.

Ownership:
Once the final payment is made, full rights to the designs will be transferred to you. Treguer Studio may still feature the work in our portfolio or promotional materials.

GENERAL TERMS FOR ALL SERVICES

Payments and Invoicing:
Invoices will be sent based on the payment schedule agreed upon at the start of the project. All payments must be completed before final deliverables are handed over.

Client Communication:
We request timely and open communication from clients to ensure the project stays on track. Delays in feedback or communication may result in extended project timelines.

Intellectual Property:
Upon completion and payment of the project, all intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client. Treguer Studio will retain the right to use any completed work for promotional purposes, such as portfolio and social media.

Data Privacy:
We take client confidentiality seriously and ensure all shared information is handled securely. Data will never be shared with third parties unless necessary for completing the project or as required by law.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By working with Treguer Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions. We are always available to clarify any aspect and ensure smooth collaboration.
